Funny Story: We had a customer in last week that followed our mechanic around with a note pad because she said she “wanted to make sure he did not forget anything” while we fixed her leaky oil pan. This was warranty work that we were doing for no charge because the RTF seal did not hold. Her appointment was at 8:00, but she showed up at 9:15 and expected us to get her vehicle in immediately. When I explained to her we needed to use RTF she did not know what it was; how do you supervise a job when you know nothing about it? We closed the bay doors because she was making everyone uncomfortable so she called the police and told them that we were stopping her from watching us work on her car. She told the officer to watch what we were doing; HELLO! He pretty much laughed at her and ended up taking her away in the squad car. Now she is going around bad mouthing us so if you see this story on any sites please post something positive about our business so the general public does not think this is the normal way we do business.
