I, like many people, am not skilled at auto body repair, besides basic maintenance, and have to put my trust and faith in the shop that I choose. Now that I have found Carz R Us, I no longer need to worry. They took incredible care of my vehicle, ran extensive diagnostic tests, and were able to successfully repair and fine tune my car, at a fraction of the price that I would have paid elsewhere, all while I sat stress-free in the most impeccably clean auto body office I’ve ever been in-all with the utmost in customer service and hospitality. The shop amazing to work with. I called them because I needed new tires installed. They worked me into the schedule and delivered the service I needed ahead of time. They even found some faulty work of a prior installer and was great at taking photos for me so I can communicate with them.
The shop was wonderful at communication as most communicating was done through text message. This includes a detailed car report (with photos), appointment confirmation, updates, and a link to pay for your services.
I live almost two hours away and will drive to use their service. I could not say enough wonderful things about this shop. Eric is amazing!

I’m 67 years old, and this is the best mechanic that I have ever used. They are reliable, courteous, honest, professional and friendly. I receive notifications when my oil change is due. With every oil change, they do an inspection. They take photos of anything that needs attention. They send out vouchers every few months, which I can use for any service. I thoroughly recommend them!

Dropped off our SUV for their $75 used car check and love how they send a detailed report. Things to fix now things that need to be done soon and things that are running good. So reasonable and friendly skilled mechanics. Everything done in a timely manner.

I'm writing this review for those of you who are struggling to find a mechanic you can trust. I too was in that position. I had taken my car to two different mechanics for a knocking noise that was becoming louder. The mechanics said they couldn't hear it! I was concerned about safety and rightfully so.
Eric and the team at Carz R Us took my car and called me after the checkup. They gave me an explanation for the work that needed to me done and went so far as to put a microphone on the car to identify the knocking noise! It was found that I needed a control arm and outer tie rod as well as a strut replacement.
After fixing these problems I feel like I'm driving a new car!!

I was greeted warmly with professionalism. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They serviced my vehicle in a timely manner while also sending me a copy of my inspection report, in detail, so I knew what other maintenance needed to be done. This will now be where I take my car for routine oil changes, as their pricing was the most reasonable. I 100% recommend Carz R Us.

I just relocated back to the area after 20 plus years. The one mechanic I knew didn’t want to work on my suburban due to where the issue might be located. I get it being a airplane mechanic for 20 plus years age and tight places not fun. I drove by this place a bunch of times since moving back and one day my 19 year old gets something in the mail from them so i said screw it let’s take it to them. The receptionist was very nice and I can’t remember his name but one of the owners came out and spoke to me and I explained my heat trouble and told him what all I have changed trying to figure out the problem. The vehicle was fixed well before I thought it would be done. It was my second vehicle so I told them no rush. They even called me to check to see how it was going with the issue I had them fix. Never have I had a dealership call me and check on the work that they have done before and that goes for BMW, RAM, VW, Chevy, Nissan and Kia. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!!!

I wasn't recommended by anyone, Google searched top rated mechanic in my area. The amount of positive reviews was the reason I decided to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection with Carz R Us. I am glad I did, from start to finish they kept me updated on my vehicle and once it was completed they sat down with me to go over the repairs needed. I received a text message reminder before my appointment, I received a text message with the repairs and photos of the area needing work, along with a print out as well. I also like the warranty offered on any repair for peace of mind. A few days later I received a courtesy phone call from the owner to see if I had any additional questions about my vehicle. This has been a very positive experience and I will be returning to Carz R Us for all my repairs and I will be recommending them as well.

The staff at Carz R Us have been AMAZING! I love that they pick up your car, even if you're at work. The communication is incredible. My vehicle is currently not drivable and the insurance company is dragging their feet. Carz R Us has been helpful, supportive, honest, and given me some great advice about navigating the auto industry. My current situation is less than ideal, but Carz R Us has alleviated much of the stress by being so accommodating and open. Thank you!!!

The front man was kind and funny while they did my oil change. I used a coupon that came to my my home for first timers to get my synthetic oil for $29 so that’s what brought me in. Also they send an electronic and folder version of the shape/health of your car. Very helpful for future things I’m sure. I’ll definitely be going back to get my air filters changed next before the snow hits. Thanks ☺️

I recently took my Explorer in after the dealership told me I needed both rear hubs and bearings replaced. The folks at Carz R Us gave me roughly the same quote for the repairs, but said they would look into it to be sure. I got a call and was told it was only the left side that needed the repair nearly cutting the cost in half. Cars R Us could have just went with what the dealership said and took my money, but they were honest and on the level with me. If you want good work done by an honest shop where they stand behind their parts and workmanship, take your vehicle here.

I had a great experience overall with Carz R Us. I worked with Matt by phone - he broke down their whole process, provided me really solid repair quotes on the front end ( I paid almost exactly what was quoted ) and answered the million questions i had. I worked with Eric on site - he helped me to understand and prioritize issues found during my inspection in a way that completely fit my budget while keeping our car safe. Lewis was my shuttle driver to and from the shop - he was right on time both times and was super friendly. I hope these guys know they're stuck with me for all our future car repairs! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

10/10 would highly recommend! By far the best mechanic experience I've ever had. We broke down on a road trip near Carz R Us and they diagnosed the issue, moved a mechanic from another job and fixed it within a few hours. Total lifesavers and even followed up a week later to make sure their fix was good. Highly recommend!

Eric from Carz R Us spent several minutes listening and asking questions about the issues we were experiencing. They provided a detailed diagnosis and solutions as well as past due/recommended maintenance. After we approved the repairs, Carz R Us finished before they anticipated.
